Chatin is a product of Israsky, an Israeli company based in Petah Tikva. We look after our clients' websites: site, SEO, advertising and enquiries with one party responsible, instead of five suppliers who never talk to each other.
We have been working since 2003. The same people who answer our clients about their sites answer here as well.
Ready-made tools exist and we tried them. We wanted two things at once: Hebrew that reads like Hebrew and not like a translation, and the data notice Israeli law asks for right inside the chat window. That combination we did not find in any of the 18 services we compared in September 2026.
So we built a bot where Hebrew and Israeli law come first: Hebrew text is read by a person before it goes live, the data notice is shown inside the window before the first message, and the invoice comes in shekels from an Israeli company.
Our server is in Germany, and that is where conversations are kept. The answer itself is written by the OpenAI cloud service in the United States, which works on our instructions and does not use conversations to train its models.
