Website & Widget Accessibility Statement

A clear page structure with headings in order, full keyboard operation with a visible focus ring, text contrast of at least 4.5:1, a persistent label on every form field, zoom to 200 % without loss of content, form errors stated in words and not by colour alone, support for reduced motion (`prefers-reduced-motion`), and Hebrew and Arabic displayed right to left (RTL).

The Chatin widget installed on customer websites (via the `israsky-chat` WordPress plugin or the `w.chatinbot.com` loader script) is engineered to preserve the host website's accessibility compliance:

1. Full keyboard navigation: open the launcher with `Tab` and `Enter`, move across quick-topic pills and the message field, and close the window with `Escape` while returning focus cleanly to the launcher button.

2. Screen-reader announcements: the conversation feed uses `role="log"` and `aria-live="polite"`, announcing incoming replies without stealing focus from the text input.

3. Automatic text direction: native `dir="rtl"` for Hebrew and Arabic and `dir="ltr"` for Russian and English, with phone numbers and prices isolated inside `<bdi>` tags.

4. Calm behaviour: text and button contrast of at least 4.5:1, no auto-popup with sound, and no focus hijacking when the page loads.

Automated testing with axe-core (0 violations), a full keyboard pass, contrast measurement, responsive verification at 390px, 1440px and 1920px, and 200 % zoom. Browser: a current version of Chrome.

Third-party external documents and files, if any are added later, are not covered by this statement until it is updated.
