Chatin · Two Sides of Every Inquiry
The whole product is here in two lists: what works now, and what is coming by early November, each item with its date. If something is not listed, the product does not have it yet.

Customers write in Hebrew, Arabic (spoken dialect in Israel), Russian or English and the bot replies in the same language. Hebrew and Arabic run right to left as they should. You write your business details once, for all four languages.
The bot says what is in the details you gave it: what the business does, when you work, what things cost. If something is not there, it does not make it up. It says it does not know and offers to bring in a person.
When a customer asks for a person, the bot takes a name and phone number, and the request is saved together with what they asked about. The bot tells the customer they will hear back during working hours. There is no live agent inside the window.
Before the first message, the customer sees in the window where their text goes and why. The bot adds no cookies or third-party counters to your site.
The window loads once the page is already shown. Until a customer opens the chat, nothing is sent to our service.
Name, phone, topic and conversation language reach you. If you work in Lidin, our CRM for small businesses, the request lands there as a lead card next to your other enquiries.
Each plan has a monthly conversation cap. When 80% of it is used, you get an alert. Nothing is bought automatically.
Topic buttons will appear in the window, so a customer can pick a question with one tap. Each bot will get its own page explaining what happens to the data of people who write in the chat.
Conversations are kept on our servers in Germany for up to four days. The name and phone number a customer leaves are kept in the request for up to three years.
The answer itself is written by the OpenAI cloud service in the United States, which works on our instructions and does not use conversations to train its models.
The first list works today and is included in both plans. What is in the second list does not exist yet, and each item says when it ships.
From your details, written in plain words: what the business does, when you work, what the bot may say. We help you write them during setup.
It says it does not know, offers to bring in a person and asks for a name and phone number. It does not guess and does not make things up.
No. On WordPress it is a plugin, and we install it together with you. Not on WordPress? Write to us and we will take a look.
Yes, Lidin is optional. From late October 2026 the request will reach you without it too.
