How Chatin is set up for you

You do not need a developer and you do not need to rebuild your site. You tell us what your business does, we connect the bot and we check it together with you.

On WordPress this is a normal plugin install. On any other site we connect the bot ourselves, and all we need from you is access.

What you know about your business

In plain words: what you do, when you work, which questions come back every day and how you answer them. No need to phrase it nicely, we will do that.

The details your customer sees

Your business name, who receives the enquiries and an e-mail address for replies. They appear in the data notice the customer sees before the first message, so they have to be exact.

Your website address

The address where the bot will answer. The bot works only from the addresses you gave us, and that is also what stops anyone else from running your bot on their site.

In plain words you write what your business does and what the bot is allowed to say. What you did not write, it will not say.
We connect it to the site

On WordPress our plugin goes in like any other. On other sites we connect it ourselves.
We check it together

We ask the bot real customer questions and fill in whatever it was missing. You do this check with us, not on your own.

Any other site

A site built for you, a shop or a website builder: today we connect the bot ourselves. A single line of code you can paste yourself, and guides for site builders, are coming in the next few weeks.

The checking is on us

When we connect the bot we check it ourselves: we open your site, open the window, and see that the answers are right and the data notice is shown. Whatever is off, we fix before you tell your customers about the bot. An automatic check is something we are switching on in the next few weeks.

What the bot will never do

It does not invent prices. If you did not give it a price, it will not name one of its own.
It does not promise dates on your behalf. It does not tell the customer when you will arrive or when it will be ready.
It does not pretend to be a person. Asked directly, it says it is an automated system and hands over to a person.
It does not give discounts and does not close a deal for you.
It does not mix alphabets inside a word. Hebrew is written in Hebrew, and Latin letters do not end up in the middle of a Hebrew word.

Do I need a developer?

No. On WordPress it is a normal plugin, and in every other case we connect it.

My site is not on WordPress, is that a problem?

It is not. Today we connect such sites by hand, and in the next few weeks there will also be a single line of code to paste.

Who writes the facts for the bot?

You do, in your own words. We put them into the shape the bot understands and show you before it goes live.

Will the bot slow my site down?

The window loads after the page is already shown, and until the customer opens the chat nothing is sent to our service.
