How to add Chatin to your website
No developer needed and no changes to your site layout. You tell us what the business does, and we connect the bot and check it together with you.
On WordPress it is a regular install of our `israsky-chat` plugin; on any other website it is a single line of code placed before `</body>`.

You write in plain words what the business does and what the bot may say. If you did not write it, the bot will not say it.

On WordPress you install our plugin; on any other platform you add a single script line from `w.chatinbot.com/v1/loader.js`.

Check it together
We ask the bot real customer questions in Hebrew, Arabic, Russian, and English and fill in whatever it was missing.

The details your customer sees
Business name, who receives the requests and an email address for replies. They appear in the Section 11 data notice the customer sees before the first message, so they have to be accurate.

Your website address
The address where the bot will answer. The bot only works on the addresses you gave us, so nobody can run your bot on someone else's site.

A WordPress website
We send you the `israsky-chat` plugin ZIP and your key; after that it is a regular install from your site's admin and one settings page. Full step-by-step instructions are included.

Any other website (one line of code)
For Wix, Shopify, Webflow, Tilda or custom HTML sites, add one line before `</body>`: `<script src="https://w.chatinbot.com/v1/loader.js" data-tenant="your-key" data-lang="auto" defer></script>`.

We do the check
When we connect the bot, we check it ourselves: we open your site and the window and make sure the answers are right and the data notice is shown.
What the bot does not do

It does not invent prices. If you did not give it a price, it will not name one of its own.

It does not promise dates on your behalf. It does not tell a customer when you will arrive or when the work will be ready.

It does not pretend to be a person. Asked directly, it says it is an automated system and offers to bring in a person.

It does not give discounts or close deals for you.
Common questions
Do I need a developer?
No. On WordPress it is a regular plugin, and on site builders it is one line in the custom code block, which we set up together with you.
Who writes the bot's details?
You do, in your own words. We shape them into a form the bot understands and show you before it goes live.
Will the bot slow down my website?
The loader weighs under 10 KB and loads with `defer` after the page is already shown. Until a customer opens the chat, nothing is sent to our service.
