Chatin Founding Customers Programme Terms

The Programme is open exclusively to registered businesses in Israel (osek patur, osek murshe or company / חברה בע"מ) purchasing Chatin for commercial business use (B2B transaction).

Total participation is strictly limited to 10 (ten) founding customers (7 places already taken, currently 3 of 10 places available). This offer is valid from 16.10.2026 until all 10 places are filled or until 31.12.2026, whichever comes first.

All prices below are stated in New Israeli Shekels (₪) excluding VAT (+ מע"מ). Statutory VAT (currently 18%) is added on the tax invoice (חשבונית מס).

• One-time setup and knowledge base preparation: ₪0 (free) instead of the standard ₪690 + VAT (מע"מ) fee. Includes initial knowledge base assembly from your business materials, human proofreading in Hebrew, Spoken Arabic, Russian and English, server-side price guard setup and website installation.
• Start Plan (up to 150 conversations/month): 50% discount for the first 6 billing months: ₪74.50/month + VAT (מע"מ) instead of the regular ₪149/month + VAT (מע"מ).
• Business Plan (up to 300 conversations/month): 50% discount for the first 6 billing months: ₪149.50/month + VAT (מע"מ) instead of the regular ₪299/month + VAT (מע"מ).
• Eligible plans: the 50% discount applies to the Start and Business plans and does not apply to the Own Key (BYOK) plan (₪249/month + VAT).

Every Programme participant receives a 30-day live trial on their website starting on the day the widget goes live, with no credit card required upfront.

If you decide during the 30-day trial not to continue with Chatin, we remove the widget with zero charges or obligations. The 6-month 50% discount period begins after the trial ends, starting with your first paid monthly invoice.

Starting from the 7th paid billing month, the subscription continues at the regular monthly price of the selected plan (₪149/month + VAT for Start or ₪299/month + VAT for Business).

We send a written email reminder at least 14 calendar days before the end of the 6-month discounted period.

Subscriptions are month-to-month with no lock-in commitment. You may cancel at any time by emailing info@chatinbot.com before the start of the next billing month; your service will remain active through the end of the paid period with no further charges.

We invite founding customers to share brief product feedback during the first two months, an honest review within 60 days, and results for a customer story after 3 months.

Binding compliance note: providing feedback, a review or a case study is entirely voluntary and is not a condition for receiving or keeping the 50% discount or the ₪0 setup. Declining to provide a review or case study never affects your discount or pricing.

We will only publish your business name, logo or representative's name on chatinbot.com or in Israsky materials with your separate prior written consent, which you may withdraw at any time by emailing info@chatinbot.com.
