Chatin Terms of Service (B2B)

These terms govern the setup and use of the Chatin cloud service between Israsky (Ilya Shulyak, ‏עוסק מורשה 324648047, פתח תקווה, מינץ בנימין 48‏) and the business customer (‏עוסק פטור, עוסק מורשה‏ or ‏חברה בע"מ‏).

Effective date: 17.10.2026. Participants in our opening cohort are also covered by the Founding Customers Programme Terms.

1. Business Use Only (B2B)

Chatin is provided exclusively for commercial and professional use. By submitting an order or onboarding request, the customer confirms their status as a registered business or self-employed professional. All prices on the website are stated in New Israeli Shekels excluding VAT (`+ מע"מ`). Every tax invoice (‏חשבונית מס / קבלה‏) itemizes the net amount, statutory Israeli VAT (18%), and the total payable amount.

2. Scope of Service and Plans

Israsky configures and connects the Chatin automated assistant widget on the customer's website in four languages (Hebrew, spoken Arabic in Israel, Russian, and English), prepares the approved business knowledge sheet together with the customer, and delivers structured lead cards.

One-time setup and onboarding fee: 690 ₪ + VAT (or 0 ₪ for the first 10 businesses under the Founding Customers Programme). Monthly subscription plans: Start at 149 ₪/month + VAT (up to 150 conversations per month), Business at 299 ₪/month + VAT (up to 300 conversations per month), and Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) at 249 ₪/month + VAT (up to 300 conversations per month).

3. How Conversations and Plan Caps Work

A single conversation is counted when a website visitor sends at least one message in the Chatin window within a 24-hour window from their first message. Page views or opening the chat window without sending a message do not count toward your monthly cap.

When 80% of the monthly conversation cap is reached, the customer receives a notification. We never auto-charge overages or upgrade a plan without explicit prior approval.

4. Responsibility for Business Facts

The assistant replies strictly from the business facts provided and approved by the customer (services, working hours, pricing guide, booking rules). The customer is responsible for keeping these facts accurate and notifying us of price or schedule changes. Chatin does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice; whenever a question falls outside the approved facts, it offers to take the visitor's name and phone number for a human follow-up.

5. Data Protection and Amendment 13 Compliance

The business customer is the database controller (‏בעל שליטה במאגר מידע‏) for enquiries collected on their website, while Israsky acts as the data processor (‏מחזיק‏) on their behalf. Before sending the first message, every visitor sees the mandatory Section 11 privacy notice inside the chat window.

Our service servers operate in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH, EU). To compose replies, dialogue turns are transmitted over an encrypted connection to OpenAI OpCo, LLC (USA) under API terms that do not train models on customer conversations. Working chat transcripts are retained for up to 4 days, and captured lead cards for up to 3 years or until deletion is requested by the customer. Full details are published on our Security & Data and Privacy Policy pages.

6. Trial Period, Billing, and Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions carry no long-term lock-in. The customer may cancel the subscription at any time by written notice to info@chatinbot.com; billing stops from the next monthly cycle without cancellation fees. Upon request, we export your collected lead cards and delete your tenant configuration from our servers.

7. Governing Law and Contact Details

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the competent courts of the Central District (Petah Tikva / Tel Aviv).
