The conversation rules came into force: asked about price, the bot first says what the work includes and only then names the price, and it asks one question at the end instead of a list.

The answering service went live: the bot answers in Hebrew, Russian and English from the business facts and passes the request to a person when needed. The same day the chat window for websites was completed, with the legal notice inside the window and full keyboard operation.
