Who we are

The site chatinbot.com and the Chatin service belong to Israsky, עוסק מורשה 324648047, Mintz Binyamin 48, Petah Tikva. We build a chatbot for the websites and messaging channels of Israeli businesses.

What the site collects

Enquiry form: your name, phone number, e-mail address, website address and message. We need this to reply and to offer our service; it reaches only us and is kept on our own server in Germany for up to three years from your last contact. The full notice is next to the form itself.

Server logs: IP address, browser type and the address of the page opened. They are kept for up to 30 days and are used only to run the site and keep it secure.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and carries no third party analytics or advertising scripts.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you and require us to correct or delete it. Write to info@israsky.co.il and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes

Every version of this document is dated at the bottom. If the purpose, the data collected or the recipients change, we will not simply edit the page: we will ask for consent again.
