What data is collected on chatinbot.com, where it is stored, and how to exercise your rights to view, correct or delete your data.
Who we are
The site chatinbot.com and the Chatin service belong to Israsky, עוסק מורשה 324648047, פתח תקווה, מינץ בנימין 48 (48 Binyamin Mintz St., Petah Tikva). We build a chatbot for the websites and messaging channels of Israeli businesses.
The form on the site and what is collected
Enquiry form (`#zayavka`): your name, phone number, e-mail address, selected plan, website address and message. Filling in the form is optional; you can also email us at info@chatinbot.com. We need this data to reply and to offer our service via our CRM system (Lidin), and it is kept on our own server in Germany for up to three years from your last contact. To measure advertising effectiveness for Israsky, a one-way SHA-256 hashed conversion signal is sent server-side to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Conversions API) without storing raw visitor IP addresses. The full Section 11 notice is next to the form itself.
Website chat window: full details on how chat messages are processed are available on our Chat window data notice (Section 11) page.
Server logs: IP address, browser type and the address of the page opened. They are kept for up to 30 days and are used only to run the site and keep it secure.
Cookies and Analytics (Amendment 13)
By default and whenever you refuse in the consent banner (`Consent Mode v2`), this site sets zero tracking, analytics or advertising cookies in your browser (the hosting edge may set only a short-lived strictly necessary anti-DDoS cookie `_mcnc` with a 60-second lifetime). Only after you explicitly grant consent in the cookie banner (`chatin_consent_v1`), Google Tag Manager (`GTM-W7XVLFFD`), Google Analytics 4 (`G-BT0QR89YX5`) and Meta Pixel (`518023050099698`) are loaded. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie Settings button in the page footer.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you and require us to correct or delete it (Sections 13 and 14 of the Privacy Protection Law). Write to info@chatinbot.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes
Every version of this document is dated at the bottom. If the purpose, the data collected or the recipients change, we will not simply edit the page: we will ask for consent again.
