Automated reply and transfer to the model provider
Your reply is composed by an automated system. To do that, the text of your message goes to the cloud service OpenAI OpCo, LLC (United States), which acts on our instructions, does not use the conversation to train its models and keeps it for up to 30 days.
Voluntary use and alternative contact channels
You are not required to write here, no law obliges you to. If you would rather not, there will be nothing to answer in the chat: email info@chatinbot.com and phone 050-577-0731 (working hours Sun–Thu, 09:00–21:00) remain available.
Purpose of collection and retention periods
We need the data to answer your question and to contact you if you choose to leave your name and phone number. We keep the conversation on our own server in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH facility, EU) for up to four days, and the name and phone number you leave go to our specialists and stay with your enquiry for up to three years.
Retention summary
- Chat conversation text: up to 4 days on our server in Germany (Hetzner, EU), then deleted automatically
- Technical logs at the model provider (OpenAI OpCo, LLC, USA): up to 30 days for abuse prevention, never used to train models
- Name, phone or email left for a specialist callback: up to 3 years in the enquiry record with our team
Database controller
Database controller for chatinbot.com: Israsky (Ilya Shulyak), Authorized Dealer (עוסק מורשה) 324648047, 48 Binyamin Mintz St., Petah Tikva. On Chatin customer websites, the database controller is the respective business named in its Section 11 notice, while Israsky acts as the chat service processor (מחזיק).
Your rights (Sections 13 and 14 of the Privacy Protection Law)
You may ask what data we hold about you and require us to correct or delete it. Write to info@chatinbot.com or info@israsky.co.il and we will reply within 30 days.
